After a long week of work, it's nice to just be able to relax on Saturday! I love to lay around the house in comfortable clothing and do absolutely nothing! KHUSH released a set of pants last week for your Second Life ava to relax in. The comfi pants are avaiable in seven great colors (aqua, black, blue, lime, pink, purple and red) for only L$150 each. A special edition pink and black striped color is also availalbe as a full outfit set with a a transparent top with black and pink striped blaze.

A Dolphin Named Lora

Just incase I have not mentioned it before, which I'm entirely certain that I have... I really love cute hair! Ploom released an adorable 'Princess Leia' style hair today. The hair features two adorable buns and gently swooping bangs pinned back with a clip. i.♥.it!! Fairy Tail added another piece to their L$1 collection today as well; you get both a silver and a platinum version of this adorable dolphin necklace!

Sexy Swim

Last week Pididdle started a new group promising exclusive colors of all new releases to its members, and today it delivered! The first group gift is a stunning bikini in dark teal with a swirl pattern. Of course, I had to get in the water for this! Unfortunately, the group is now closed to new members, but you can pick up this great swimwear for only L$100 in twelve great colors and patterns: beach, blue, green, ocean light, orange, pink, purple, red, setting sun, teal, tropical and yellow.

The necklace I am wearing is made of a cute wooden pendant on a string with a pair of black glasses dangling on the wooden circle. I received this item as a gift from the Fairy Tail designer, xxxriexxx Serevi; while I did not find this exact design in her store, I did find the design without the glasses attached. The necklace does include a color change script for the wood color (three options) and the choker color (six options). There are also other designs avaialbe in store with glasses attached!

California Gold Rush

Fashion Fest 2010 has begun, and Second Life content creators have come together to bring you fabulous items and to help raise money for Relay for Life, an organization dedicated to winning the battle against cancer. Over several posts I will bring you highlights from these creators, taking one SIM out of the nine total at a time. The following landmark will take you to a landing point on the California Gold Rush SIM; to get to specific stores, use the teleporters provided. Main store landmarks are provided below.

☆★ California Gold Rush SIM ★☆

The California Gold Rush SIM has been decorated to represent the Wild West. A Touch of Ireland, the SIM sponsor, has two items available to help raise money for RFL. One of these items, Gold Rush, fits in perfectly with the SIM! The western design features a long, brown plaid skirt accompanied with a ruffled white shirt, matching collar and adorable brown hat (not pictured). This item is available for a donation of L$300 with all proceeds going to cancer research. The Touch of Ireland shop is adorable in itself, and even if western wear is not your thing, you should stop in and see it! The designer, AliciaKay Kilara, has built a gold mine for the gold rush with jewels for you inside! It really is a must see.
