Lazy Sunday... A Day Late

I know that technically Sunday is over, but if you hurry over to Absolution, the Lazy Sunday item is still up! The Ashley Dress is an adorable mini with a sculptie skirt that poofs around your hips. I absolutely love the shading on this dress. Admit it… the boobs look great! A white version and black version are available for L$75 each; you better grab it quickly because it is sure to be repriced at any moment!

Photobucket

I’ve never tried prim eyes before but decided to give them a shot since Amperlope set out three very pretty colors for Lazy Sunday; they are no longer “on sale” but still very affordable at only L$75 per pair. I think I still need to play with them a bit, but overall I do like them. The color is very pretty and the white is very white; I really detest bloodshot eyes in Second Life. Blah! Colors include Violent Violet Slur, Aquamarine Slur (pictured) and Platinum Slur. A very nice set of whispy eyelashes are also setting out for L$40.

Photobucket

Since I tried new eyes, I decided I might as well go the rest of the way and have really dramatic eyes! If drama is what you are searching for, you will love the new lashes from a.e.meth. The Feather Lashes look much like the name implies; beautifully intricate lashes are fanned out from the eye and look amazing with just the lashes or eye shadow underneath as well. The lashes come in a fatpack of ten colors for L$100. My lips are also from a.e.meth; Liquid Lipstick is a very juicy lip tattoo that goes perfectly over base skins such as Sweetheart: Pure 1 by Curio (pictured). Ten colors are included in the fatpack for L$100. a.e.meth definitely knows how to do great tattoo layer makeup at a bargain price!

Taste of Second Life

What can be much better on a Saturday in Second Life than a really great sale? A sale that lasts all weekend of course! Taste of Second Life is a weekend shopping experience which brings customers discounted items from various, very talented artists. The sale runs from 12:00 am Saturday through 11:59 pm Sunday. For complete sale information, please visit the official Taste of Second Life Blog.

Photobucket

I remember very early in my Second Life visiting a store where I was simply awed by the creations. Being so young, I had not yet talked myself into purchasing Lindens; so, of course I didn’t buy anything. Those days seem so long ago now. Thanks to Taste of Second Life, I have rediscovered the little shop titled Indie Rose. After visiting the store many long months later, I do believe the designs are even better than I remember. I absolutely love the short, spring time Embroidered Silk Dress that Indie Rose is offering for only L$75 this weekend. I really cannot wait until the real life temperatures where I live start matching all of the lovely spring outfits cropping up everywhere. While you are visiting Indie Rose, be sure to look around the store as well; a 50% - 75% off sale is underway with fatpacks included in the discounts!

Photobucket

Divine is a new to me store which offers everything from skin to clothing and accessories. Their contribution to Taste of Second Life this weekend is a beautiful skin titled Bashyra – Candy, and it definitely looks good enough to eat! I love the smokey look of the eyes; I wish I could create this look on my real life eyes, but I am way to pale to pull it off. I guess that’s why I have Second Life skin; I can be any color I want! The lips are very colorful without being over the top; I love the hint of gloss and shine. The blush is also very nice; I would love to have this color for the real life me. Highlighting and shading can be found throughout the body to give a more realistic look; a cleavage and normal cleavage version are included with your purchase as well as a hairbase for only L$99!

The pose I used, titled Who Are You Wearing?, is also from another new to me store titled Just A Pose. It’s no secret that I absolutely love poses of all shapes and styles; so, discovering a new store is just the thing for me! I literally have thousands of poses in my inventory, and I don’t plan on curbing my appetite for new ones anytime soon. As their contribution to Taste of Second Life, Just A Pose has set out two pose sets, one male and one female, for only L$60 per set. I absolutely love that each of the female poses contains a thin and curvy version since my ava is a bit wider at the hips. The poses included in these sets are ‘Red Carpet Poses’ in honor of the upcoming Oscars. You really must TP to Just A Pose to check these out!

Please note that the first picture has been post processed while the second picture has only been cropped with an added border to show the true look of the skin.

Week 17 of 52 Weeks of Color - Electric Lime

I have to admit that electric lime was a little more challenging than what I thought it would be when Luna Jubilee announced the color for this week. Electric lime is an odd mixture of yellow and lime green which not many designers carry in Second Life. Go figure!

Photobucket

I was almost ready to throw in the towel and spew curse words at Luna (not really… she really is too sweet for that) when a beautiful new design from a very talented and beautiful (inside and out) Second Life artist landed in my virtual lap. Lestat Reuven, owner and designer of Siss Boom, created a 52 Weeks of Color combo for this week’s challenge, appropriately titled Electric and Fiction Skin Electric. The dress is one of my favorite styles in Second Life and comes with the option of two different skirts. The first style is a beautiful empire dress with two long flowing skirts, one green and one blue. Each skirt can be worn independently of the other or together; I chose to only wear the green skirt since this is a green week! A shorter mini skirt is also included with your purchase just in case you are looking for a night out on the town! Electric will be displayed in Siss Boom’s new release room for the duration of the Electric Lime Week and is available for L$325.

Photobucket

The second part of Lestat’s 52 Weeks of Color special is the very beautiful limited version of the Fiction Skin. The eyes are definitely a focal point for this skin; the beautiful green eye shadow goes perfectly with the theme color. I really love the eyeliner and lashes as well; they definitely give the skin a more dramatic effect. What better color to pair with green than a shade of red? And, that is exactly the color you will find in the very luscious lips of the Fiction Skin. Highlighting, shading and random moles and freckles are found throughout the skin which, of course, gives the skin a more realistic and natural look. The Fiction Skin Electric will only be available for one week and at a discounted price of L$400; a free demo is also available. Pick this skin up before it is gone forever!

The hair I chose to wear with my gorgeous new outfit is one of the two newly released styles from Truth. It has been a while since I last did a review for Truth hair even though I wear his styles quite often. In my personal opinion, no one in Second Life does long, curly hair like Truth Hawks. His skill and talent puts him so far above many other hair designers in Second Life who are talented in their own right as well. So, what makes his designs so special? Realism! His textures are absolutely stunning, and the flexibility of his prims gives them such a life like quality. The style I’m featuring is titled Whitney; packs are available both in store and on the marketplace for L$250 per pack or L$1,500 per fatpack.

Photobucket

I’ll admit it… I was extremely excited when I logged onto Second Life this morning and saw that there was a new collection at Mon Tissu. This very chic boutique has become one of my favorite shops in Second Life, and I always look forward to new releases. I have always loved Surf Co. shoes; so, when I first learned that its owner would also be a co-designer for Mon Tissu, I was anxious to say the least. The Montsegur Pumps are just one lovely example of why I was so excited. Just like I love quality hair, I can no longer do without quality shoes in Second Life. The sculpts and textures of Mon Tissu are absolutely amazing; a combination of realism and art are blended perfectly together with each design. The newly released pumps are so very feminine; the colors available are perfect for Spring with a variety of pastels and basic colors. Each color is available for L$295 or L$2,000 for a fatpack of eight. Typically, I would not even consider joining a group with a $1,000 membership fee, but I realized early on that I would be purchasing a lot of ‘all color packs’ of shoes. Members of Mon Tissu’s in world group enjoy a 25% discount on ‘all color’ packs which reduces the price of the shoes from L$2,000 to L$1,500. If you purchase an insane amount of shoes like I do, you can see how your savings will quickly add up and easily covers the cost of membership plus more. These shoes really are a must have for Spring!

Designer Showcase

If you haven’t checked out the Designer Showcase lately, you may want to head on over. Since my last post, the event has fallen under new management and lots of new designers have joined up. As they say… Variety is the spice of life!

One of my favorite designs currently being offered at the showcase is Swan Lake by Riddle. I’m not typically a huge fan of sweaters in Second Life since they tend to have large prim pieces that many designers do not know how to blend correctly. Not that I could do it any better, but I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to adjusting prim pieces and small details drive me crazy! You will not find non-blending with these shirts, however! Prim attachments are included for the arms and of course for the bottom of the shirt. Not only does this shirt blend beautifully, but it has an amazingly gorgeous design on the front as well. Six colors of the shirt are included with your purchase for only L$99!

Photobucket

I paired Swan Lake with an amazing pair of sculpted heels by Jaqueline’s titled Calla. These black shoes contain bling on/off scripts, options for jewelry on/off, a hud to control texture, skin color and toe color, and an AO. The shoes also contain heel sounds. I haven’t had a pair of shoes with heel sounds since I first started playing Second Life; I had forgotten how much I like it! I love the sound of heels in real life, but unfortunately I cannot wear them due to tendonitis in my feet. It’s nice to still be able to experience the sound in my second life! You can pick these shoes up for only L$99!

Photobucket

As you have probably noticed if you have read my blog for any length of time or kept up with the blog feeds at all, Lemania Indigo Designs ALWAYS offers some pretty amazing deals. Lemania’s contribution to the showcase is no exception. Debutante is a lovely short blue dress with delicate floral designs. In true Lemania fashion, shoes are also included with your purchase. I love how the skirts on Lemania dresses flow.  If you love to go dancing, you should try one of her designs!  The effect is absolutely beautiful.  This dress is perfect for Spring and is available for only L$99!

Photobucket

I know I have said it before, but I really love that I have opened up to wearing different skins by various designers. A few months ago, you couldn’t have paid me to wear a different brand of skins. I truly love the Abigail 01A skin offered by Style by Kira at the showcase. The highlights and shadows blend beautifully with the skin, and the makeup is very soft. I so love the lips on this skin! The shimmer is absolutely beautiful; I wish I had some gloss like this in real life!! You definitely cannot beat a skin this pretty for only L$100!

Photobucket

I have wanted a set of pearls that had a mouth attachment for several months, but every time I saw one in a store, something just wasn’t right about them. Thankfully, my search is over! Bonita’s Jewelry has contributed a black pearl necklace titled Messy & Broken to the discounted collection at the showcase. I really love that this set of jewelry comes in two pieces just in case I don’t want to walk around Second Life with pearls stuck in my mouth. These pearls are very pretty and add just the right amount of class to any formal or casual outfit. To get the shine on the pearls as pictured, make sure your graphics are bumped up a bit. These can be yours for only L$75!

No More Mondays, Please

Why are Mondays always so long? I often wonder if Tuesday would be as bad as Monday if I had Mondays off. Probably so… It’s so hard to get motivated to get up and moving after the weekend. I really need a job that allows me to sleep in every day. I know… Keep dreaming, Alice. Lol

Just because the weekend is over doesn’t mean that all the great deals are gone. The new collection at Chic Boutique is being placed out, and Siss Boom has an adorable mini available for only L$50. With all these great discounts, I’m starting to wonder if I will ever pay full price for anything again. Of course Siss Boom has daily specials where NEW designs are placed out at L$100, which is typically about 75% off regular prices.

[Insert Creative Title Here] ... =D

I truly cannot wait for spring to finally get here!! It has been a very long and a very cold winter. All the bright colors designers have been putting out in the past few weeks is really making me look forward to warmer weather.

SYSY’s has a new dress out, titled Barb, that is simple and yet very elegant. This dress is available in solid colors (silver and champagne) two tone colors (nude/brown, blues, and strawberry) at L$225 per dress. However, the strawberry color is a Valentine’s Special and is marked down to L$125. Run and pick this exclusive color up before it disappears!

Photobucket

Nothing helps to complete an outfit better than a pretty piece of jewelry. The Journey collection by Aluinn is more than just a piece, however; it is an entire set of jewelry including necklace, earrings and bracelet even though the necklace is the only piece pictured. Black and silver combinations offer such versatility and go perfectly with many items already present in your inventory. This set is also offered in blue, diamond, green, purple and red at L$385 per set.

Everyone always loves free items! The skin I’m wearing is one of the three available gifts from JeSyLiLo at the 3rd Vanity Fair Universe Skin Fair. Free skins almost always scare me because some designers don’t put as much effort into free items as they put into their ‘for sale’ items. You don’t have to worry about that fear with these three skins. All are very detailed and of high quality just as a normal JeSyLiLo skin. While at the Skin Fair, don’t forget to check out the new JeSyLiLo items!

Photobucket

Last, but certainly never least in my book, EverGlow has a few new poses available. I have so many poses already in my inventory, but it never seems like it is enough! I literally have thousands. This is my first time trying EverGlow poses, and I have to say that I am very pleased. The designer offers versatility and personality with her poses. Poses used are included in Model Pack #44 [1] and Model Pack #46 at L$400 per pack (10 poses) or L$50 per pose. If you are addicted to poses as much as I am, you will definitely want to stop by this store!

Week 16 of 52 Weeks of Color - Teal

Teal has been a much easier color for Luna Jubilee’s 52 Weeks of Color than I originally thought it would be. As it turned out, I already had a lot of teal clothing in my inventory. Who knew? I really need to get organized!

The dress I am wearing is another beauty from Phoenix Rising. The last time I featured this store, I stated that it was closed and only select items were available via the marketplace. A very sweet person left me a comment with a SLurl to Phoenix Rising’s permanent discount store. I just assumed, I suppose, that this store would already be closed since the closing sale happened months ago. I guess amazingly crafted clothing set at only L$25 really continues to sale! So, if you missed the sale last summer, don’t worry! Click the link below for a TP to the discount shop.

Photobucket

A month or so ago I discovered a new fantastic skin designer while I was visiting one of the many discount shops in SL. Filthy Skins has now joined up with another newly formed discount shop titled The Fashion Garrett. Like many other discount stores, all items are between L$30 and L$70. I’m still amazed, but very thankful, that so many good skin designers participate in these stores. At one point in Second Life, good skin was a luxury. Until next weekend, you can pick up this skin, titled Annabelle, for only L$50… Super affordable!

While I was visiting The Fashion Garrett I picked up this stunning necklace from NHA, titled Nancita. When I was younger, I always thought pearls were for old women. The older I get (and I’m really not that old), the more I am falling in love with them. They speak elegance and beauty to me now. At only L$50, this set is a must have!

Photobucket

The hair I am rocking is the new design released from [elikatira], titled Novel. I really love how the style mixes playfulness with a touch of nostalgia. The beautiful flower and adorable hair band (which have a preset teal color!) are definitely a nice touch. It reminds me of a sweet spring or summer day and has me longing for warmer weather. I’m so tired of freezing!

New @ Amacci

It has been entirely too long since my last hair post. I miss them… I definitely need to do more! Last weekend Amacci released four new hairstyles, all of which I love! I have long, brown hair in real life; so, I always love when I find a nice long style in world. Coralee and Coralee II are both very pretty and move very smoothly; the only difference between the two hairs is the length and style of the bangs. Melody and Viola are two beautiful updos which also feature a difference in bangs. Melody features ‘no bangs’ and looks best when paired with an Amacci hair base as pictured below; Viola features sweeping full bangs. Individual color packs are available for L$250 and fatpacks are available for L$900.

It's On Sale!

Unfortunately, this is the last week for the It’s On Sale event. I always hate to see a good discount event go, but with real life issues and responsibilities, it is definitely understandable.

Photobucket

The sale for this week is still on though; so, get those discounted products while you still can. One item I am featuring this evening is the B&W Dress from SHIKI which I love! I normally can really not stand the mini dresses with the sculpted prim piece between the legs because it never fits right, and honestly it looks horrid when it moves. Although I know in the picture it may look like a small sculpt is included with this dress, you may be surprised to know that it is actually a small flexi skirt which is something I have not seen on a dress of this style before. I really like the concept since I love the movement featured in flexi skirts. The half black/half white design is classic, and at half price you can’t pass it up!

I love a great pant outfit, and the Nicole outfit from G&N Quality Design is no exception. The high waisted pants featured with this outfit are beautiful. I really would love to wear this type of pants in real life, but since I don’t have the body type for them, I guess I will just have to settle for wearing them in my second life. The included shirt is a beautiful pink color; which, of course, is my favorite. Although the shirt is relatively modest in the front, the complete back of the shirt opens up with only two straps crossing the back.

Photobucket

I seriously love shoes… of all types! I’m not sure what the style of the shoes being offered by Republic would be called, but they are interesting to say the least. They kind of remind me of ballerina meets stiletto. The glitter texture featured on the shoes is really pretty; I absolutely LOVE glitter in real life and can always use a little more in my second life. A little heart is attached to the back of the shoes which is absolutely adorable!! These shoes are a Valentine’s Special and will be gone after this week. Hurry and pick them up while you still can!

Sweetheart

Photobucket

I was so excited when I saw that there would be another new Curio skin release last week. Sweetheart is an absolute beautiful skin that may be a little simpler than the designs we are used to seeing from Gala. Could this possibly mean that there will be Curio tattoos in the near future?! I’m keeping my fingers crossed! Although the eye shadows are subtle with some of the makeup options in this set, they are still very beautiful, and the lips are just as luscious as ever. I love how glossy and juicy they look.

An exciting new aspect of the Sweetheart skins is that different colored eyebrow tattoos are included with your purchase!! This definitely makes it so much easier to purchase a skin that has makeup options you love even if you prefer another hair color! Colors included are auburn, black, blonde, brown, ginger and strawberry (not pictured).

Photobucket

If you are loving this skin as much as I do, you will be pleased to know that this skin was released in the new megapack instead of fatpacks! What does this mean? You can get ALL skin tones for every makeup for only L$3000 (L$12.5 per skin). It’s an absolute amazing deal especially if you love having a lot of skin options. Individual makeups are also available which include all skintones per makeup for L$1500 or one skin tone per makeup for L$1000.

Final Hours @ I ♥ Originals Fair

Tomorrow is the last day of the I ♥ Originals Fair. I apologize for not blogging as many of the outfits featured at the event as I had intended, but with real life circumstances being as they were, I simply could not find the time or the will to sit down and blog.

Photobucket

The wedding season is right around the corner, and if you are looking to get married in your Second Life, Felicia’s Fashions has an absolutely gorgeous wedding gown available at the fair. The Dianna Bridal Gown is a slender style that is able to still incorporate a long train and slightly poofy look. I absolutely love the veil that is included with your purchase. It is beautifully textured and features gorgeous roses that sit on the top of the head. As if the gorgeous gown wasn’t enough by itself, a pair of sculpted toe shoes is also included with your purchase!

Photobucket

No wedding gown is complete without a beautiful set of jewelry. I have always wanted a set of pearls to wear in my real life wedding which will hopefully be taking place this summer. Caroline’s Jewelry is offering a gorgeous pearl set at the I ♥ Originals Fair in white, black and pink. The necklace is triple stranded and connected by an adorable flower. Dangle pearl earrings and a broach are also included with the purchase.

Week 15 of 52 Weeks of Color - Red

It has been a surreal week to say the least. It was so difficult to say a final goodbye to an amazing young woman today who touched every single person who had the honor of knowing her.

Although I have a lot of red in my Second Life inventory, I just couldn’t seem to find the right outfit to fit my mood this evening for Week Red in Luna Jubilee’s 52 Weeks of Color. I wanted a true, bright red, but unfortunately I was finding mostly maroons among my outfits. I remember a few weeks ago reading on someone’s blog how they found their outfit for that week by searching on the Marketplace; so, I decided to give it a try. It really didn’t take me long to find the amazing dress from Elegant Fashion. As I’ve said before, dresses made from system skirts typically are not my thing, but when the textures line up correctly, they are absolutely stunning! The textures couldn’t be more perfectly aligned in this dress. I love the frills around the bottom of the dress; it adds a beautiful extra touch of femininity. Frill straps are also included for the upper portion of the dress, but even without them, the dress is stunning. This dress is on sale for a limited time for only L$99; this is a definite must have!

Photobucket

The beautiful skin I am wearing is the new special from Glam Affair at The Dressing Room. Let’s be honest, you really can never go wrong with a Glam Affair skin, and this L$70 addition to your inventory is no exception. The blood red lips and gorgeous eyes make Nina V-Day 02 a staple skin. The skin will be available for the next two weeks.

Have I mentioned how much I love all of the sale stores that are popping up? Just in case you missed it… I love sales!!! Fashion House is another great discount shop offering designs from some of the best creators on the grid. All items featured at Fashion House are L$50; you definitely can’t beat that! While I was there, one of the items I picked up was the Forget Me Knot hair from Shag; I first discovered this adorable hair creator during The Seasons Hunt, and I was so excited to see their contribution to the Fashion House. The style is very classy and elegant. Two colors are included in your purchase.

Our Flying Angel

I would first like to apologize for being MIA this week and not getting posts of sales and events out as quickly as I should have. As many of my readers know, I am a high school teacher in real life. I always hoped that I would never have to experience the death of one of my students, but in reality the student lost this week was more than just a student since our families have been friends since our grandparents were young. I teach in a very small school of only around five hundred students total; even if you don’t personally know someone, you still know who they are. The most difficult day I have ever have had teaching, including those days when students just won’t cooperate, is when my students looked at me wanting answers to the unanswerable. Please keep her family as well as our entire school family in your prayers.

A new sale event started last weekend on the grid, and honestly, who doesn’t love a sale? I know I sure do. Even in my real life, I rarely buy something unless it is on sale. Horrible… I know. Lol The It’s On Sale event features items from multiple designers who have marked down a design to 50% off for one week only. To get a full list of participating stores, please visit the It’s On Sale blog. The above photos feature the sale items from Lemania Indigo Designs, [WAP Design], MEB Fashion and Republic (shoes).

Jasmine

I was a little more than just excited when I saw via the fashion feeds earlier this week that Curio would soon be releasing a new skin. Since my first purchase from Curio a month or so ago, I have been impatiently awaiting the opportunity to snag another set, and the release of Jasmine was my perfect chance!

Photobucket

Jasmine is an Asian inspired skin which was released to coincide with the Chinese New Year this past week. Although it is an Asian skin, it still looks beautiful on a non-Asian shape such as the one I am wearing. I absolutely love how realistic Curio skins are without losing the artistry of a drawn creation. This skin line features a lot of red tones as well as very dramatic makeups along with more subtle makeups as well. If you are looking for a skin pack with variety, this would definitely be it!

With this release came a few new skin tones: amber, honey, shell, swan and teak. In true Curio fashion, each skin tone comes with a light and dark option, two versions of each makeup and freckles/no freckles options giving you a total of 48 skins per tone. As if that wasn’t enough, Gala has packaged the skins differently for this release; instead purchasing each makeup by tone or all makeups by one specific tone in a fatpack, Gala is offering all tones of an individual makeup for L$1,500 per each pack or the new megapack for L$3,000 which includes all makeups of all tones! That is an amazing 240 skins in the megapack at L$12.5 per skin! This purchase is an absolute amazing deal!

Week 14 of 52 Weeks of Color - Black

I was so excited last weekend when I saw that the color for the coming week in 52 Weeks of Color would be black. Finally a color that I wouldn’t have to go to the far ends of Second Life to find! Finally a color I could easily pull straight out of my inventory!

Photobucket

Unfortunately, the dress I am wearing is no longer available as it is by the now closed Phoenix Rising. The dress was designed as a tribute to Coco Chanel. Many Chanel designs are created through the combination of many small, intricate pieces. That concept is most definitely displayed in this breathtaking gown. The many individual roses come together to make a stunning upper skirt which is an impressive 202 prims; an underskirt is beautifully decorated with the rose pieces as well. Phoenix Rising does have items available on the marketplace; however, this dress is not currently being offered.

If you have visited my blog more than once, you are more than likely aware that EarthStones is one of my favorite virtual jewelry designers. I picked up the piece I am wearing now many months ago when I was modeling; it just went so perfectly with the outfit I was wearing for the day, I just had to have it! Of course, I could say that about almost every piece at EarthStones and go broke within a matter of minutes! The necklace shown in the picture is titled Knotted Elegance III in Tahitian Black Pearl. It is so elegant and matches perfectly with both formal and casual designs.

The skin I am wearing is most definitely different from what you would typically see me in. Jadis DAMA in Natural was the offering at The Dressing Room last weekend by Glam Affair. Although I would normally not purchase a skin this dramatic, you just cannot pass up a skin that would otherwise be L$999 that is currently marked at L$70. You just can’t! Or, I can’t rather. I have a horrible habit of purchasing things just because they are on sale even if I do not see an immediate use for them. Thankfully, this one worked out for me!

I ♥ Originals Fair 2011

The I ♥ Originals Fair 2011 starts this weekend, and there are so many great designers included in the event. The fair runs from February 5 through February 13; over the next week and a bit, I will be showing off items from the event!

Photobucket

I’ll start off my showcase with two designers I’m extremely familiar with. Both the owner of Siss Boom and the owner of Lemania Indigo Designs are extremely talented and definitely very original. I chose formalwear to feature from both designers since this is truly one of my favorite styles of clothing. One of the items featured by Siss Boom at the fair is Shy; this beautiful dress is a mermaid type dress that flares out at the bottom with a translucent fabric. A beautiful rose is attached to the chest as well as to a hat provided with your purchase. A veil also beautifully streams down from the bottom of the hat.

A gown featured from Lemania Indigo Designs is one of my all time favorites. American Beauty is a stunning red, ball gown which features large but very beautiful roses draped down the front. This gown speaks elegance and femininity. The flexi skirt is beautifully colored and moves very smoothly. Shoes are also included with your purchase!

Season of Love

This week has been too long already, and I really cannot wait until the weekend finally gets here. Blah! Lol… I need a vacation! Too bad I cannot teleport myself to a tropical location in real life!

Photobucket

I’m featuring two new items today: Season of Love by Siss Boom and Katey by Apple May Designs. Season of Love is an adorable shirt/skirt ensemble which features a system skirt, jacket layer (not pictured), shirt layer and a belt with a flared out piece of material in the back. I love the textures of this outfit; they are so soft and very feminine. This outfit is available for only L$100 until new specials are released, which could be tomorrow!

Apple May Designs released a new skin today titled Katey. Until Friday, you can pick up this base skin in any tone for only L$75. The makeup and eyelashes shown are created through the use of the tattoo layer feature of SLV2. The makeups are not on sale, but the regular price of L$125 isn’t bad especially for this quality. I love the softness of the eye shadows and the shimmer of the lip color. Four colors are included in each tattoo layer pack.
