Hunt for the Cure

The generosity of Second Life content creators never ceases to amaze me. So many are willing to create products to sell for charity. One of the biggest charity events on Second Life is that for Relay for Life, an organization dedicated to the battle against cancer. Hunt for the Cure began last Saturday, June 26 and will run through Sunday, July 4. Over fifty designers are participating in the event; each designer has hidden at least one small RFL vendor with a ribbon in their store. To receive the prize, residents must make a small donation of L$10 or L$25. I am highlighting the gifts by Lemania Indigo Designs. She has placed six vendors in her store; each vendor contains a textured, long sleeve shirt with a 'fight against cancer' theme. Lemania's vendors require a donation of L$10. All money raised will be donated to Relay for Life.
